1. Download the PAYFLEX app from PlayStore or AppleStore.
  2. Open the PAYFLEX app
  3. Fill in your name, Surname, ID number, email address and cell phone number and any other information required.
  4. You will then be given an amount you qualify for to use for spending.
  5. You will then be asked for your banking card details.
  6. Provide these details as they require this for your debit order.
  7. Now that you have an amount to spend, you may proceed.
  8. Should they allocate an amount of R2000, then the below is how the process will work.
  9. Once you receive the quote from us, let’s say for R2000, you will proceed to scan the QR code which will be on display at reception.
  10. Open your camera and scan the QR code.
  11. Once you scan the QR code, our name will appear on your PAYFLEX app and the amount which must be entered. Remember, you cannot exceed the amount allocated to you by PAYFLEX.
  12. You will then fill in the amount of R2000, you will then go to the next screen where you need to choose the option of the re-payment, either over 6 weeks or over 3 paydays.
  13. Once you have chosen the plan best suited for you, it will then give you the breakdown of how the amount needs to be paid back with relevant dates.
  14. Your 1st initial payment will be 25%, which will debited from your account immediately and the balance will be re-payable as per your re-payment plan choice with PAYFLEX. This means that a R2000 repairs of vehicle or supply of goods would cost you R500 as immediate payment and the balance paid off as per your terms with PAYFLEX. This means for a R2000 repair of a vehicle or supply of goods would only cost you R500 upfront and not the full amount of R2000.
  15. We will then receive an email confirming the transaction, once we have received this information, can we then go ahead with the repairs of the vehicle or supply of goods.
  16. Once the repairs or supply of goods has been completed, you will then receive a Tax Invoice for warranty purposes.
  17. Remember, should your repairs of the vehicle or supply of goods exceed the amount allocated to you by PAYFLEX, you would then have to pay the initial 25% of the allocated amount and the balance will have to be paid to us directly. EG, should your repairs of the vehicle or supply of goods amount to R3000, and you were only allocated R2000 by PAYFLEX, you would pay us R1000 directly and R500 (25%) to PAYFLEX as initial payment and the balance of R1500 to be paid off as per your terms with PAYFLEX. In other words, your R3000 cost for repairs to the vehicle or supply of goods would cost you R1500 up front instead of laying out the full R3000.
